Demand Collection Dates for the Public Offering of Çates, November 30 - December 1

Demand collection for the public offering of ÇATES, which makes a critical contribution to meeting Türkiye's growing energy demand with its uninterrupted electricity generation, will take place between November 30 and December 1, 2023.

Thirty-six brokerage houses are participating in the public offering in a consortium led by Info Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş.

While the company's share ratio to be offered to the public was announced as 20.01%; it was stated that the equal distribution method will be used in the offering of shares. According to the information in the prospectus, shares with a total nominal value of TRY 33,050,000, mainly through capital increase, will be offered to investors at a price of TRY 57.15. The size of the public offering is expected to be TRY 1.89 billion.

The proceeds from the public offering of ÇATES will be used to reduce financial indebtedness within the scope of increasing our company's equity and capital strength. We aim to provide regular dividend income to our investors with the sustainable income we provide.

The BIST code of ÇATES, which is expected to start trading on Borsa Istanbul following the successful completion of the public offering, has been determined as 'CATES'.
