Pre-Interview, Personality Test, General Ability Test, English Language Test, Competency-Based Interview, Technical Interview and Simulation processes are carried out in which we can observe the potential and competencies of the candidates along with their work experience. Once the reference checks of the selected candidates are completed, an offer is made to the candidate. Comprehensive orientation training is given to our new employees.
