We Celebrated March 8 International Working Women's Day

We came together with all our female employees on March 8, International Working Women's Day. After lunch, we had a nice time with "love workshop" and "laughter yoga" trainings with all our female employees at Yatağan, ÇATES and Entek. In our personal development training, taught by Happiness Designer Gizem Dağ, our women; First, we had conversations about loving oneself, valuing oneself, and making time for oneself. Then we talked about the effects of laughter on human psychology. We also put our dreams on paper by doing applications related to this. At the end of the training, we also held a small activity that emphasized that people need each other and that people are actually connected to each other with invisible ties. Happiness Designer Gizem Dağ said, "We should not wait too long to realize our dreams, we need to start somewhere as soon as possible, believe me, the paths are opening one by one" and emphasized that people should take steps to walk on the path they believe in.
Thermal Power Plants General Manager Korhan Tiryaki also attended our event and said, "I congratulate all our women on March 8, International Working Women's Day, we want our power plant and our country to rise on the shoulders of strong women."
TES - İŞ Union, which did not leave us alone at our event, distributed carnations to our women and gave information about the start of the day and emphasized strong women. We celebrate March 8, International Working Women's Day, to all our women.
